1. The Platform
Rahio is a platform that connects users seeking to share rides (cabs) or accommodation (rooms). We do not provide transportation or hospitality services directly. We act solely as a facilitator connecting Hosts (creators of listings) with Requesters.
2. User Responsibilities
- Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, posting a listing, or requesting a share.
- Safety: You are responsible for your own safety. While we provide basic verification, you agree to exercise caution and judgment when interacting with other users in the real world.
- Conduct: You agree to treat all community members with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will result in immediate account termination.
3. WhatsApp Integration
By providing your WhatsApp number, you consent to receive automated messages, notifications, and AI assistant interactions from Rahio via WhatsApp. Standard messaging rates may apply depending on your carrier. You can opt-out of promotional messages, but core transactional messages are required for the platform to function.
4. Liability Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our platform and the use of this platform. Rahio shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your interactions, rides, or stays arranged through the platform.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
